Gilgamesh Project in Iran – August/September 2012

Gilgamesh_web_SmallDee was chosen to co-direct the Inter-cultural Gilgamesh project in Iran during August/September 2012.

Inter-cultural Gilgamesh project initiated its performance under “AV” theater group in a celebration with all of its members. Soheil Aarabi about this project said: “late Tir, we called for participating in this project and after interviewing with AV´s supervisor and seniors, we chose 30 between 100 participants.”

Project manager of Inter-cultural Program also said: “Directing team includes of Soheila GhodsTinat from Florida; Elpida Soltani from Amsterdam; Dee Cannon from London; Michael and Tina Ulfik from Berlin who were supervisors and guides for different parts of the project like, creative writing, choreography, actor´s diction and wording (dialogue) and physical theater. Babak Mohri according to AV theater group´s method designs and guides the space sense. It´s important to say that Graham Watts from London had partaken in this project that because of interaction time with a project in Australia, has assigned his position to Mikhail and Tina Yoliof for focus on body and music.
