In 1993 she was invited to teach and direct at RADA where
she has been the main senior acting teacher for seventeen years
and has directed over 25 plays there.
Dee Cannon has
run scene study workshops at the Actor's
Centre in London and gives master classes in LA, New York,
Stockholm, Berlin, Gothenberg, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and the Philippines.
Dee also finds
time to coach for film, TV, theatre and pop videos. Among many
others, she has coached Jon Voight, Matthew
Modine and Courtney Love.
She has also worked with numerous actors from the RSC and Royal
National Theatre. Her work as an acting coach was featured
in Channel 4's award winning
series Faking It and Joe
Millionaire UK.

Dee has
just come back from Bulgaria, where she spent two months as on-set
acting coach on the remake of the Hollywood feature film Conan.


Her work was featured in three
Hollywood Special programmes
for BBC's
Blue Peter, in which Dee was
mentor and acting coach to presenter Joel

Dee completed
2 weeks of Master class workshops in Israel in December 2009.
Dee recently
directed Come Back to the 5 & Dime,
Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean at RADA in
the GBS Theatre. She was invited to work at E15 on
the MA international Acting course.
Dee recently
completed pre-production work on feature film The
Frost in Norway and Spain.
